Lastlight Circuit — Privacy Policy

YOUR GAME, ON YOUR DEVICE
Lastlight Circuit stores your chosen driver name, settings, race records, campaign progress, earned credits, unlocked cars and cosmetic choices in the app's private storage on your device. These files let you resume the game. No account or sign-in is required. Credits and shop items are earned through gameplay; the game has no real-money purchases.
NO ADS OR TRACKING
This version includes no advertising, analytics, tracking identifiers or developer-operated cloud service. It does not upload your saves or driver name to the developer. It does not access your contacts, precise location, photos, microphone or camera.
OPTIONAL LOCAL DUEL
When you choose to host, find or join a Local Duel, the game uses your network to discover or connect directly to the other player's device. Network addresses, car and cosmetic selections, race inputs and race state are exchanged to run the session. Your chosen driver name is not sent. There is no matchmaking server. Local discovery broadcasts only while finding or hosting a race. Connections and session state end when you leave. This traffic is not encrypted by the game; use a trusted private network.
DEVICE PERMISSIONS
Network access supports Local Duel. Wi-Fi multicast permission supports local networking. Vibration provides optional race feedback, which you can turn off in Settings. Single-player racing does not require a network connection.
KEEPING AND DELETING DATA
Local saves remain until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. The game keeps local backup copies to recover interrupted saves; clearing app storage removes those too. To erase all game data on Android, open the device's Settings, select Apps, Lastlight Circuit, Storage, then Clear storage (wording varies by device). This permanently removes your progress and credits. Change your driver name in Settings > Profile. Reset Car Progress resets only that car's campaign, not all saved data. Android cloud backup is disabled for this app.
PLATFORM SERVICES
Google Play and your device's operating system may process installation, purchase-history or diagnostic information under their own policies. The game itself does not send this information to the developer. This policy describes the game; it does not replace Google's or your device provider's privacy policy.
POLICY CHANGES
This policy applies to this version of Lastlight Circuit. If the game's data practices change, the policy will be updated with a new date and any required disclosures before those practices take effect.
